With Qantas Wellbeing, you have an easy way to improve your health – and your Qantas Points earning potential – just by doing everyday activities. Participate in exercise challenges, sleep challenges, and challenge your friends to increase your physical and mental wellbeing. Do some health and automobile check ups, to make sure your body and car are functioning at their optimum.
I’ve launched most of the features on the Qantas Wellbeing app, and helped increase the app store rating from 3 to 4.7 stars. At Qantas we use customer activity, pain points and our user experience expertise to define the next product feature. This feature then goes through the double diamond process to get onto the delivery roadmap.
From there the product team follow the Agile methodology to get the new feature researched, designed, built, tested and released. During the design phase, I use design thinking to solve problems in a user-centric way. I collaborate with technology, sales, marketing, product and delivery, to ensure I provide solutions that are technically feasible, economically viable, and desirable for the user.
